INTRODUCTION TO INDUCTION PROGRAM Helps in providing, Seamless integration of


new hires into the organization Comprehensive insights into company culture,
policies and job ➡responsibilities Induction program is a comprehensive course
consisting of 8 modules which ➡will help in understanding the internship cycle before
starting your role as an intern in Abhyaz Aims to accelerate acclimatization,
enhancing both individual and ➡organizational success.

TIMELINE of the induction Program Day 1 : Candidate will go through the Orientation
program Day 2: Introduction to Induction program and task Allocation for skills
submissions. Day 3: Explanation on submissions to be made, working on the
assigned Task. Day 4: Completion of all modules Day 5: Review session for their
submissions, Peer to peer grading and moving to virtual office On Next week, Day 6:
Candidate will join for project internship. Duration - 1 week
MODULE 2 Company Culture and Policies ■ Understand company culture, values and
ethics ■ Understand company policies including Leave policies, Attendance, dress
code etc. ■ Submit a 1-minute video describing what you understand about
Company Culture. For sharing files like Word, ppt, video, PDF, etc. kindly upload
them on any public drive like Google Drive and share their public [Link]
MODULE - 2 A brief overview • Presentation about Tool Overview which can be used
by Interns during Internship. • Explore the tools that we use and you also should
have a knowledge about the tools, related to your skills/domain.

MODULE 3 Overview of Evaluation Submission

Knowledge Capture - Submit a document about your task and the steps that you
have taken to complete the task

Presentation - Make a presentation using Lumi software.

Skill Capture - Record a video using the OBS software, explain briefly about your task
and show the steps that you have done.

FINAL EVALUATION • You have to submit the files of knowledge capture, skill capture
and the presentation in a zoho wordrive, that will be provided for you in the
induction program process. After submission, we will assign your files to your peers
for peer-to-peer grading. • You will be assigned with some of you peer's files to
grade their work. (Provide grades according to their works) • The pass percentage of
grading will be 4. After that you will enter into next steps • After getting the grades -
Enter into project based internship (8,12 and 16 weeks) or knowledge based
internship for students (4 weeks)

OBJECTIVES After selected as a project intern, you will be allotted to a team and a
mentor to proceed further about your project. • Reporting time - 11 am to 5 pm •
Mark your attendance everyday(mandatory) • Report your assigned tasks to your
mentors • Update daily task progress on GitHub • Leave on Saturdays & Sundays
DO'S • Join on Time with Pc or Laptop. • Join with Proper Mic Connection and try to
be in a Noiseless place. Mark Your Attendance daily without Fail. • Connect with your
mentor related to submission And Workdrive. Get peer-to-peer grading of your
submitted work. • Always work collaboratively. • Update your daily task progress
report in the GitHub • Before Taking leave you rise a ticket in Abhyaz Help centre
and inform your mentor as well
