FAKE JOB RACKET BUSTED- ONE HELD
The sleuths of Commissioner’s Task Force, Central Zone Team on Credible information
busted fake IT job racket and apprehended prime accused by name Kaluva Bharghav ( Main
cheating offender) who established Fake Software Company on the name and styled as “Neogen
Soft Tech Solutions” situated at Madhapur, setup with Corporate styled office and with criminal
breach of trust cheated several IT Job Aspirants by false promises of providing Jobs as
[Link], Software engineer in the firm, collected huge amounts from several job aspirants,
issued fake appointment order copies as genuine. Later shutdown the company disappeared with
the amount. He is wanted in (4) cases of Lallaguda, Jeedimetla, Madhapur and Kalwakurthy
Police Stations.
Details of cheating offender:-
Kaluva Bharghav S/o. K. Muralidhar, age. 34 yrs, Occ. Software field R/o. Venkateswara Nagar,
Chintal, (Main offender & Established Fake IT Company)
Seized material :-
1. Net cash Rs. 1,00,000/- (One lakh rupees)
2. Fake Appointment letters (Xerox) -05 No
3. Fake ID cards -02 no.
4. Two mobile phones
The accused is wanted in the follows cases:-
1. [Link].35/2025,U/s.316(2),318(4) of Lallaguda PS, Hyderabad
2. [Link].212/2025,U/s.318(4),316(2) BNS of Jeedimetla PS, Cyberabad
3. [Link].228/2025,U/s.316(2),318(4) BNS of Madhapur PS, Cyberabad
4. [Link].51/2025,U/s.316(2),318(4) of Kalwakurthy PS, Nagarkurnool Dist
Facts of the case :-
The accused Kaluva Bharghav is residing in the limits of Chinthal. He completed [Link]
and worked in several IT companies as HR manager and gained knowledge about basis of
employment, working of IT companies.
To gain easy money in cheating manner, he hatched a plan to lure the job aspirants, he
established Fake IT company on the name & styled as “Neogen Soft Tech Solutions” situated at
Hitech City, Madhapur, setup Corporate IT office, engaged few employees created office name in
browsing website to believe as the company is genuine firm . Even the candidates who search
the company name in Google browser find the company name, office setup image in the website.
Collected resumes of IT Job aspirants from coaching consultancies by paying some amount. Later
sent mails to the Job aspirants, conducted online interviews as HR Manager to believe as the
process is genuine and collected an amount of Rs 1 lakh to 2 lakh from several victims for
securing them a job in that company. After that he used to send fake offer & Appointment letters,
Company ID card to the victims. Later he shutdown his office and disappeared with the amount
and switched off his mobile numbers.
Basing on the compliant of Victims ,so far (4) cases registered against the accused at
Lallaguda, Jeedimetla,Madhapur &Kalwakurthy Police Station.
On 17-02-2025 on credible information Task Force Central Zone team apprehended the
cheating offender Kaluva Bharghav and seized above material handed over to SHO, Lallaguda PS
for further action.
The apprehension was made by Inspector of Police, Task Force Central Zone, Sub-Inspector
and staff of Task Force Central Zone team, Hyderabad city and Lallaguda PS staff.
