I am Jennelyn D. Alcantara, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in


Financial Management student at Holy Name University. I am writing to express my sincere
interest in applying for my On-the-Job Training (OJT) at the Development Bank of the
Philippines.

As part of my academic requirements, I am eager to gain hands-on experience in the field


of financial management and banking operations. I believe that DBP, being one of the most
reputable financial institutions in the country, will provide me with the best environment to
enhance my knowledge and skills. Through this training, I hope to further develop my
competencies in financial analysis, risk management, loan processing, and other aspects of
banking and finance.

During my studies, I have been trained in various financial concepts, planning, and decision-
making processes that shaped my foundation in the field. I am confident that my dedication,
adaptability, and willingness to learn will allow me to contribute positively while acquiring
