✅ PROP SUGGESTIONS
 Boxes/mats for beds
 Scarves for flying
 Paper swords for pirates
 Fairy wand for Tinker Bell
 Toy hook for Captain Hook
 Stuffed dog for Nana (optional)

✅ STAGE DIRECTIONS SUMMARY

 Narrator controls scene transitions
 Shy boys have short or silent roles
 Girls carry most dialogue and songs
 Flying/imaginary actions to keep children moving
 Keep pirate scenes exaggerated but safe
If you want, I can now make a 5-DAY REHEARSAL PLAN showing what to practice each day, so the whole play is ready in one
week for KG students.

Do you want me to make that next?

can u elaborate more scene 3

Absolutely! Let’s expand Scene 3: Pirates & Danger so it’s more dramatic, fun, and still KG-friendly. We’ll add:

 Longer dialogue for Captain Hook, Smee, and pirates

 More interaction with Peter Pan and Lost Boys
 Action cues (running, tiptoeing, sneaking, funny pirate moments)
 More chance for shy boys to participate safely

Here’s the elaborated Scene 3:

🎬 SCENE 3: PIRATES & DANGER – ELABORATED (~6–7

min)
🎵 Song 4 – “Yo Ho Ho” (upbeat pirate march)

Stage Directions:
 Pirates enter from stage left, stomping feet loudly
 Captain Hook in front, Mr. Smee behind, Pirate 1–3 follow
 Lost Boys and Peter Pan peek from stage right, hiding behind imaginary trees

🎵 Yo ho ho, clap clap clap

Yo ho ho, stomp stomp stomp

Captain Hook (dramatic, loud, waving hook):

I am Captain Hook, the most terrible pirate of the seas!
Peter Pan, you cannot escape me!
I will take you prisoner and rule Neverland forever!

Mr. Smee (shy/confused, behind Hook):

Captain… maybe we should be careful…
The Lost Boys are very clever…

Captain Hook (angrily, pacing back and forth):

Smee! Do not speak!
We will catch Peter Pan today!

Pirate 1 (confident, loud):

Yes, Captain Hook!
We will find him hiding in the forest!

Pirate 2 (confident, stomping):

And we will capture him!
Pirate 3 (shy, pointing quietly):
(Point slowly) …There…!

Narrator (teacher):
Oh no! The pirates are sneaking through the forest of Neverland.
Peter Pan and the Lost Boys must hide!

Peter Pan (confident, standing tall):

Don’t worry, friends!
I have a plan.
Stay behind me and be ready!

Lost Boy 1 (girl):

We will hide behind the rocks!

Lost Boy 2 (girl):

And be very quiet!

Tinker Bell (girl, fluttering wings):

Ting! Ting!
I will sprinkle fairy dust to help Peter Pan fly and trick the pirates!

Stage Action:

 Pirates tiptoe exaggeratedly across stage

 Lost Boys peek out, whisper lines
 Crocodile (shy boy) slinks from stage right, “chomping” slowly
 Peter Pan flies in small loops (arms out, maybe spinning once)

Captain Hook (panicking, sees Crocodile):

Ahhhh! The crocodile!
It’s coming to get me!
Smee! Run! Run for your life!

Mr. Smee (holding pirate hat):

Captain! Don’t leave me!
(He tiptoes exaggeratedly off-stage, bumping into Pirate 1 & 2)

Pirate 1 & 2 (stomping away, tripping slightly):

Run! Run!
Peter Pan is too clever for us!

Pirate 3 (shy boy, peeking) stays frozen for comedic effect

Crocodile (shy boy, movement only):

(Slow tiptoe, chomp hands, exits stage slowly)

Narrator:
And just like that, the pirates run away in fear!
Neverland is safe again, thanks to Peter Pan and the brave Lost Boys!

Peter Pan (arms wide, smiling):

Neverland will always be safe for friends and fun!
And pirates… they can never win against courage and friendship!
Lost Boys & Lost Children (girls, cheering):
Hurray! Hurray! Neverland is safe!

🎵 Short reprise of “Welcome to Neverland” (clap & cheer)

 Children wave hands in celebration

 Peter Pan and Tinker Bell “fly” across stage to celebrate

✅ Extra Tips for KG-Friendly Pirate Scene

1. Shy boys: Pirate 3 & Crocodile – mostly movement, no long lines, can point or pretend to chase
2. Girls lead dialogue: Lost Boys and Tinker Bell interact confidently
3. Physical comedy: Pirates bump into each other, trip slightly, run off exaggeratedly
4. Movement: Tiptoe, hide behind props, fly gestures for Peter Pan
5. Music cues: Use “Yo Ho Ho” for pirate entrance, short “Welcome to Neverland” reprise for victory

If you want, I can also add a fun little “Pirate vs. Peter Pan mini-battle” scene where children pretend to sword fight safely with
scarves or sticks, so Scene 3 becomes super engaging and lasts a full 7 minutes for KG level.

Do you want me to do that?
