Teacher Narrator:
Welcome! Today we bring you the story of Peter Pan, a boy who never grows up.
Join Wendy, John, and Michael as they fly to Neverland, meet Lost Boys, magical mermaids, and brave Tiger Lily.
But danger lurks — Captain Hook and his pirates are plotting!
Let the adventure begin!
(Teacher exits. Stage lights dim and magical music plays.)
🎬 SCENE 1 – THE DARLING NURSERY
(Lights up. Wendy stands by the window. John reads quietly. Michael plays. Shadow sneaks across the stage.)
Title song we will fly
Narrator:
This is the story of Peter Pan, the boy who never grew up.
Wendy:
It’s such a strange night… as if something magical is coming.
(Peter jumps in.)
Peter:
Hello! I’m Peter Pan.
Wendy:
You frightened us!
Peter:
I didn’t mean to. I’m looking for my shadow.
(Shadow dances. Peter grabs it.)
Tinker Bell:
Peter! Neverland is in danger, and you’re playing with shadows!
Peter:
Slow down, Tink.
Tinker Bell:
Captain Hook is moving his ship. If you don’t return now, we may lose Neverland.
Wendy:
Neverland?
Peter:
A place where you never grow up.
John (one line):
That can’t be real.
Michael (one line):
I want to see it.
Tinker Bell:
Then stop talking and start flying!

Narrator 1:
With a sprinkle of fairy dust, Peter and the children flew across the night sky toward Neverland, their shadows dancing behind them.
🎬 SCENE 2 – NEVERLAND & THE LOST BOYS
Narrator 2:
Neverland is alive with laughter and adventure. The Lost Boys play in the forest, unaware that danger is near.
(Lost Boy 1 & Lost Boy 2 play/explore. Peter, Wendy, John, Michael enter.)
Lost Boy 1:
Peter Pan! You’re back!
Lost Boy 2:
And you brought friends!
Peter Pan:
Meet Wendy, John, and Michael.
Lost Boy 1:
Are they brave?
Michael:
I think so!
Peter Pan:
Neverland is magical… but it must be protected.
(Pirate footsteps heard offstage.)
Lost Boy 2:
Pirates!
Peter Pan:
Yes, Captain Hook is planning something.
🎬 SCENE 3 – MERMAID LAGOON & TIGER LILY
Narrator 1:
Near a sparkling lagoon, the Mermaid swam while Tiger Lily guarded her land. Suddenly, pirates appear SCENE 3 – MERMAID LAGOON
& TIGER LILY
Narrator 1:
By the lagoon, the Mermaid and Tiger Lily saw pirates coming.
Mermaid:
The sea feels uneasy…oh no I see a pirate ship is coming
Tinker Bell:
✨ Pirates! They dare to come here? I’ll stop them! ✨
Tiger Lily:
Pirates cannot take our land!
Peter Pan:
We’ll stop them together!
(Captain Hook, Mr. Smee, Pirate 1 & Pirate 2 sneak in. Crocodile appears.)
Pirate 1:
Captain Hook, what do we do? The water is moving!
Pirate 2:
It’s… it’s the crocodile!
Mr. Smee:
Oh no! That thing is huge! Captain… maybe we shouldn’t be here…
Captain Hook:
Aaah! Retreat! Retreat!
Tinker Bell:
✨ Quick, distract them! ✨
Lost Boy 1:
Oh no! The crocodile is here!
Peter Pan:
Neverland is safe again! Pirates cannot win against courage and friendship!
🎵 SONG 3 – “STRONG TOGETHER
SCENE 4 – FINAL CONFRONTATION
Narrator 2:
Captain Hook returned for one last try, but Peter, Tinker Bell, Tiger Lily, Mermaid, and the Lost Boys/Girls were ready.
Captain Hook:
This time, Peter Pan, I will win!
Pirate 1:
Captain… I think we’re in trouble!
Pirate 2:
Yes! He’s too fast!
Mr. Smee:
Oh dear, oh dear! He’s too quick for us! Maybe we should hide!
Peter Pan:
Never!
Tiger Lily:
You cannot take Neverland!
Mermaid:
The sea and land are with us!
(Crocodile chases Hook. Pirates run away.)
Pirate 1:
I can’t keep up with him!
Pirate 2:
Let’s get out of here!
Mr. Smee:
Retreat! Retreat! I don’t want to meet that crocodile again!

🎬 SCENE 5 – RETURNING HOME
Narrator 1:
After their adventure, it was time for Wendy, John, and Michael to return to their nursery. They waved goodbye to their friends in
Neverland, knowing the magic would stay in their hearts.
Wendy:
It’s time to go home. I will never forget all the friends we made here.
Michael:
I’ll miss flying and playing with the Lost Boys!
Peter Pan:
I must stay in Neverland.
Tinker Bell:
✨ Ding! Ding! ✨
Lost Boy 1:
Goodbye, Wendy!
Lost Boy 2:
Come back soon!
Tiger Lily:
Never forget us!
Mermaid:
Safe travels home, children!
