SUBJECT- Representation from Ms. Neelam Sharma W/o Som Raj Sharma
(SI) JKP (EXJ-915452) with a humble request to recommend transfer of my
husband from Police station Rehambal-District- Udhampur, to security wing
Jammu, PTTI Vijaypur and cid wing Jammu any other station Jammu (Main),
on the ground that I am suffering from multiple ailments and my children are
outside UT of (J&K) and there is no one to look after me except my husband;

Respected Sir;

Most respectfully the applicant being women and wife of SI- Som Raj Sharma,
submits my representation for your kind consideration on humanitarian grounds
as under:-

1. That my husband has rendered valuable service to J&K Police department


and till date there is nothing adverse against him.
2. That on promotion to the Rank of SI (JKP) my husband was posted in P/s
Rehambal, District- Udhampur and the place is more than 75 Kms away
from Jammu and due to 24 hours scheduled service in JKP as per police
service rules, my husband cannot leave the station every day and come
back to home situated at Chak shian, Tehsil R.S Pura, Jammu.
3. That I have two children who are working outside J&K and there is no
one to look after me in the absence of my husband.
4. That I am suffering from multiple health ailments and am under regular
medical treatment and medication (Medical prescriptions in this regard is
enclosed to support my humble submissions)
5. That my husband has also submitted one application earlier. (Copy of
application is enclosed)

PRAYER.

In view of the above, it is therefore most respectfully submitted that my


humble submissions may kindly be considered on humanitarian grounds and
transfer of my husband may kindly be recommended, I shall be grateful for
this kind consideration.
