PRE PAY
SCRATCH CARD
How to recharge your Pre Pay connection
with your Pre Pay scratch card
Step 1: Log on to your Web Self-Care portal

Step 2: Select ‘Recharge Account’ from the
top ribbon.
Step 3: Type the SL # and the hidden pin
number from the back of the card. To get the

BILL PAY CARD
How to pay your monthly bill with
your Bill Pay card
Step 1: Log on to your Web Self-Care
portal with your user name and
password.
Step 2: From the ‘Profile’ tab in the top
ribbon, select ‘Scratch card payment.’
Step 3: Enter the SL# and the hidden
pin number from the scratch card.

Press ‘OK’ to confirm the payment.
