INTRAMURALS 2025
ACTION PLAN

School Year 2025-2026

I. Title of Activity:

Intramurals 2025: Nurturing Sportsmanship and Unity Through Play

II. Rationale:

As one of the most anticipated co-curricular events in the school year, the Intramurals provides
learners with the opportunity to apply what they have learned in Physical Education while
deepening their appreciation for the values embedded in sports: discipline, teamwork, fairness,
humility, and perseverance.

This activity is not only about winning games—it is a well-planned educational experience that
complements the academic program by developing multiple intelligence. Learners from all grade
levels will participate as athletes, leaders, timekeepers, scorers, logistics assistants, first aiders,
and cheerers. Each role plays a vital part in reinforcing learner agency and community spirit.

The Intramurals 2025 Action Plan outlines how this event will be executed—from planning,
implementation, monitoring, to post-activity reflection. This ensures that the activity is not only
fun and exciting but safe, inclusive, and aligned with the goals of basic education.

III. Objectives:

1. To provide learners with opportunities to enhance their physical and social skills through
structured and competitive play.
2. To foster sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership among students, teachers, and
stakeholders.
3. To encourage school-wide collaboration and unity through inclusive participation.
4. To highlight student talents not only in sports but also in organizing, officiating, and
community engagement.
5. To reinforce the values of respect, fairness, and discipline in real-life competitive
situations.
