Hello.

1) Open the Premiere Pro program. Upload your video into it.
Move it to the timeline panel. Now open the Essential Graphics
panel via the "Windows" tab.
2) Now install the Motion Graphic Templates "13 Lower Thirds"
via the "Graphics" tab. Our lower thirds will appear in the
"Browse" tab where they should be transferred to the timeline
panel
3) After Loading, go to the Edit tab in the Essential Graphics
panel. Here are all the project settings. Individuals settings
responsible for setting each Lower Thirds separately, Global
settings is the other way around, for setting all Lower Thirds at
once, these are the color, scale and position settings
4) Let's move on to setting up. Turn off Lower Third 1 and turn
on the example of Lower Thirds 12 and change our text. Now go
to the global settings such as color and so on and also configure
them
5) After making all the changes, you can again transfer the
project from Essential Graphics to the timeline panel and
configure in the same way another Lower Thirds.
