Students who do not inform about their absence at least three days before the commencement of the batch are required to pay a penalty of Rs.500. There is no waiver allowed under any circumstances .
Compensatory projects allow students who missed classes due to non-exceptional leave circumstances to make up for lost attendance. These projects must cover the missed class content and are evaluated by the faculty to ensure an understanding of the material .
ICITSS students must submit their feedback within 24 hours of attending a class to avoid being marked absent for the next class. This requirement ensures that students engage with the coursework and attend subsequent classes .
Students can be granted leave without needing to attend compensatory classes for up to 1.5 days in cases of medical reasons, death of a close relative, or participation in the Campus Placement Programme .
If students fail to submit the required documents two days before the start of the batch, their seat may be allotted to another student on the waiting list, and their name may not be considered for the same batch or the immediate next batch due to limited seat availability .
Timely document submission is crucial for ensuring accurate registration, seat allocation, and course planning. Delays can lead to missed opportunities for students to join desired batches and could disrupt the management of class sizes and resources .
ICITSS registration is subject to approval by the concerned POU after submission of the required documents within the stipulated deadline. If documents are not submitted on time, the seat might be given to others on the waitlist, affecting confirmation of registration .
There is no provision for fee refund with respect to ICITSS/Adv ICITSS, and penalties apply for absenteeism without required notice. Therefore, students must carefully adhere to attendance and communication policies .
Required documents include the IPCC registration letter/mark sheet/admit card, a color passport-size photograph, and a copy of an identity card issued either by the Institute or a government agency. These documents verify the student's identity and eligibility for the course .
