Subject: Concern over excessive use of mobile phones by school children

Sir
Through the columns of your esteemed newspaper, I would like to draw the attention of the
public and concerned authorities towards the increasing and often harmful use of mobile phones
among school-going children.

Nowadays, it is quite common to see students glued to their mobile screens. This excessive
usage not only distracts them from studies but also affects their health, sleep cycle and social
behaviour. Many students are also exposed to inappropriate content or fall prey to cyberbullying
due to unsupervised use of the internet.

I feel schools and parents must come together to regulate mobile phone usage. Awareness
campaigns, digital detox sessions and introducing hobby-based activities can help students
balance their screen time. I hope you will publish this article to spread awareness and urge
action from both parents and educational institutions.

Yours truly
Rohini

Subject: Complaint regarding irregular garbage collection and hygiene issues

Madam
I am a resident of Block C and I wish to bring to your attention the serious issue of irregular
garbage collection in our society. For the past 10 days, garbage bins in our block have not been
cleared regularly, leading to foul smell and mosquito breeding.

This unhygienic condition poses a health risk to all residents, especially children and the elderly.
Despite repeated requests to the housekeeping staff, the issue remains unresolved.

I request the RWA to take immediate action to ensure regular garbage collection and proper
sanitation measures in the society premises.

Your prompt response is expected in this matter.

Thank you in anticipation.
