1. Above tentative schedule is given considering site complete readiness for erection 2 weeks before the actual material reaches at site.
2. This scheduele is considering drawings approved as is & timely fabrication clearance.
3. Client needs to arrange proper material stacking yard which has to properly compacted and elevate above from gorund level by 500mm.
4. Site shall have the free access and well compacted road to move crane, manlift & other equipments during the operation.
5. Any necessary approvals requried shall be arrange well in advance by solely client.
6. Free accomodaiton, Light, & water for workers has to arraged by client.
7. We are considering our standard safety for this project, If any additonal standards HSE requirements then client has to arrange the separeate Safety
Engineer.
8. Any audit or reports client need to arrange their representatives.
9. Material damage at site due to prolonged stacking/ expose to envirionment will be solely clients resposibility.
10. Any stopage at site for whatsoever reasons same or additonal amount of time has to given in compensation.
11. Delay in ereciton work due to site not ready or any reason due to clients responsibility will attract addtional cost.
