Role: Technology & Systems Designer
Project: Employer-Facing Investor Awareness Framework
Document Type: First Draft – Website Systems & Workflow Design (Summary)
1. Objective
This document outlines the website-level system and workflow design required to support
the Employer & Institutional Investor Awareness Program.
The objective is to convert the program concept into a clear, structured, and scalable
employer-ready system, focusing on:
Employer journey clarity
Website as the primary entry point
Workflow alignment with program stages
Backend readiness for tracking and automation
Compliance-safe structuring
2. Design Philosophy
The website and system design follow five core principles:
1. Employer-first clarity
Employers should immediately understand what the program is and how it works.
2. Workflow visibility
Each step of engagement should be explicit and predictable.
3. Scalability without redesign
The same structure must work for multiple employers without customization.
4. Compliance safety by structure
The system itself prevents promotional or advisory behavior.
5. Tool-agnostic logic
System logic is defined independently of specific software tools.
3. Scope of the Website System
The website system supports:
Employer awareness and entry
Program understanding and evaluation
Expression of interest
Participant onboarding pathways
Feedback and closure readiness
It excludes:
Sales or marketing campaigns
UI/visual design
Automation implementation
Session delivery execution
4. Proposed Website Sitemap (Structural)
To support the project, the website requires a dedicated institutional entry point.
Proposed Sitemap:
Home
About Harion Research
Employer & Institutional Programs (Core Entry Point)
o Program Overview
o How the Program Works
o Session Structure
o Compliance & Safety
o FAQs for Employers
o Express Interest (Form)
o Employer Portal (Phase 2)
Investor Awareness (Individuals)
Resources
Contact Us
This structure clearly separates individual and employer offerings and reduces confusion.
5. Employer Website Journey
The employer journey across the website follows a logical evaluation flow:
Employer & Institutional Programs
→ Program Overview
→ How the Program Works
→ Session Structure
→ Compliance & Safety
→ Express Interest Form
→ Backend Tracking System
This mirrors the employer lifecycle:
Awareness → Interest → Evaluation → Engagement
6. Page-Level Wireframe Logic (Structural)
The following outlines page structure only, not visual design.
a. Employer & Institutional Programs (Landing Page)
Program value proposition
Who the program is for
Why investor awareness matters
Program at a glance
Step-by-step “How it works”
Compliance positioning
Call-to-action: Register Organization
b. How the Program Works
Step-wise explanation of employer journey
Employer actions vs Harion responsibilities
System checkpoints at each stage
c. Session Structure
Session-wise breakdown
Duration and learning intent
Explicit exclusions (no advice, no selling)
d. Compliance & Safety
Educational positioning
Non-advisory stance
Neutral and non-promotional content
Employer and data safeguards
e. Express Interest Page
Organization details
HR/L&D role
Industry
Estimated participants
Stage of interest
This page acts as the formal system entry point.
7. Employer & Participant Tracking Logic
The website feeds into a structured backend system.
Employer Tracking Fields:
Employer name
Industry
Organization type
Employer status (Aware → Interested → Active → Completed)
Number of sessions
Feedback status
Participant Tracking Fields:
Participant ID
Employer ID
Registration status
Attendance status
Feedback status
This ensures a single source of truth.
8. Workflow Dependencies & Handoffs
The website system integrates inputs from:
Employer engagement logic (strategy role)
Session topics (content research role)
PPTs (design role)
Compliance guardrails (compliance role)
The system enforces sequence discipline, preventing premature or non-compliant
execution.
9. Tool Recommendations (Conceptual)
Tools are recommended only at a conceptual level:
Tracking database: Airtable / Notion / Google Sheets
Forms: Google Forms / Typeform
Workflow visualization: Miro / Lucidchart
Automation (future): Zapier / Make
