Hello Ellavrakum namaskaram, Good morning, I extend a warm welcome to


all those gathered here today. Before I start, I would like to say that May
Lord Krishna fill your life with love, peace, and joy throughout the year,
9:30am Introduction
Happy Vishu to all. Today we are going to celebrate vishu and have fun with
all our family and friends. Lets start the event and for that I would like to
invite jiju chetan for the welcome speech.

We are about to commence our event by lighting the lamp. This is a


symbolic moment that signifies the dispelling of darkness, and igniting of
thought and enlightenment.

In Kerala, Vishu is a festival that is celebrated with great enthusiasm among


the young and old generations. The young ones look forward to the festival
9:40am Kaineettam more because, as per rituals, the elders gift them coins as 'kaineettam'. I
would like to invite all the kids to come and recieve their kaineettam from
the elders as a blessing. Please all the kids come near the stage.

9:45am Radha Krishna Competition

Next is a beautiful dance by the students of Prarthana School of dance. The


dancers portray a devotee of Lord Krishna. The devotee tells Krishna that he
is the only deity for her and she dedicates herself to him. She adorns his idol This dance is performed by Prarthana Praseed, Deekshita
10:15am Dance (Varnam) in beautiful feathers and colors. In the next stanza, she tries to convince him Kankanala, Ananya Bimal ,Akshara Arun and Pratiksha Praseed.
