your freedom.
Action Steps:
Notice where you feel reactive,
fearful, or emotionally shut
down.
Ask yourself: What story am I
telling myself in this moment?
Identify whether this belief
belongs to your present self or
an earlier version of you.
🧠 Insight Tip:
Most prisons are internal. When you name the belief that traps you, you weaken its
control.
PLAY #2 — SEPARATE YOUR IDENTITY FROM YOUR PAST
Goal: Release shame by consciously disentangling who you are today from what
happened to you in the past.
Action Steps:
Write down one moment from your past that you still judge yourself for or
replay internally.
Acknowledge your responsibility in that moment without attaching
punishment, self hatred, or moral judgment.
State aloud with intention: That moment is part of my story, but it does not
define who I am today.

You are not your worst moment. Growth begins when compassion and
responsibility coexist.

PLAY #3 — TURN ISOLATION INTO SOLITUDE
Goal: Transform emotional isolation into a conscious relationship with yourself.
Action Steps:
Create a daily practice that invites stillness, such as journaling, reflection, or
quiet presence without distraction.
Use writing or intentional pause to interrupt repetitive thought loops and
emotional avoidance.
Ask yourself honestly: What am I avoiding feeling right now, and what does
that feeling need from me?

PLAY #4 — CHOOSE RESPONSE OVER REACTION
Goal: Regain power by responding
from awareness instead of survival.
Action Steps:
Pause when triggered and focus
on your breath for ten seconds.
Name the emotion before acting
on it.
Choose a response that reflects
who you are becoming, not who
you had to be.

Goal: Release emotional weight by choosing forgiveness without expectation,
explanation, or outcome.
Action Steps:
Identify one person, memory, or situation you still feel emotionally tied to or
burdened by.
Acknowledge that forgiveness is not about their behavior changing. It is about
your nervous system finding peace.
Release the moment by affirming slowly and intentionally: I choose to let this
go.

Forgiveness is not approval or forgetting. It is the decision to stop carrying
emotional weight that no longer serves your growth, your peace, or your future.
