• Placement Support Policies
▪ 80% attendance is mandatory for all theory and practical sessions
from the students' side
▪ Project submission and attendance in project sessions are
mandatory.
▪ Mock interview attendance is compulsory.
▪ Students must clear the L1 (marks more than equal 50%) interview
to be recommended for placement.

Note: If a student is unable to clear the L1 interview in the current mock, we will
provide additional mentorship and give them an opportunity every 15 days to clear
the L1 interview, show progress, and become eligible for L2 — leading to placement
eligibility.

Q. What is L1 & L2?

• L1 refers to students who are not well-prepared for some reason and show
below-average performance.
• L2 refers to students who are prepared at an average, above-average, or

Giri's TECHHUB adopts a comprehensive approach in teaching design patterns and object-oriented programming principles through a thorough curriculum focused on classes, objects, inheritance, polymorphism, and encapsulation . They cover critical concepts such as method overriding, abstract classes, interfaces, and dynamic polymorphism to develop students' understanding of OOP fundamentals . Inheritance, including its types and practical applications, is emphasized to show the reusability of code and design patterns in building robust applications . The training includes practical examples and problem-solving sessions that enable learners to implement these principles effectively in real-world scenarios .

Giri's TECHHUB prepares students for IT roles by focusing on real-world applications in software development like online education platforms and cab-booking apps, which ensures practical experience . It emphasizes a hands-on approach with live projects and real-time scenario training . Additionally, the institute provides strong placement support, industry linkages, and mock interviews to refine students' technical and behavioral skills, ensuring they are industry-ready . Moreover, a 100% placement support policy, which includes mandatory project submission and attendance, forms a critical part of this preparation .

The mock interview process at Giri's TECHHUB is highly effective in improving students' placement prospects due to its structured approach, which includes L1 and L2 technical interviews, programming tests, and HR interviews covering scenarios akin to real corporate job assessments . Feedback is rigorously gathered and analyzed through their app for continuous improvement . Mock tests are aligned with the coursework and are designed to reinforce the subject matter learnt in class . This reflective learning process ensures students receive targeted coaching and support, thereby significantly enhancing their confidence and readiness for actual job placements .

Giri's TECHHUB employs various methodologies to facilitate effective problem-solving in data structures and algorithms. These include the brute force approach, two-pointer approach, sliding window technique, dynamic programming, frequency counting with hashing, and bit manipulation for complex problem-solving tasks . Additionally, they emphasize the importance of sorting algorithms like quick sort, merge sort, and heap sort to improve algorithm efficiency . The curriculum also includes a range of assignments to practice these techniques practically .

Giri's TECHHUB integrates industry-relevant tools into its training by including various DevOps and development tools like GIT, Maven, Docker for containerization, and JIRA for project management .
