The undersigned are the NSTP students of ASBURY COLLEGE INCORPORATED presently enrolled
in NSTP-CWTS 2 this 2nd semester, school year 2024-2025 and are As part of the requirements of the
subject, we are tasked to execute our plan of activities, and we picked your barangay, POBLACION,
ANDA, PANGASINAN – San Nicolas Elementary School to be specific, as our chosen community for
the activities.
Relative to this, we would like to ask for your permission to allow us to implement our plan in your
barangay on MARCH from 7AM TO 4pm.
