Hiring for our client: Innovation Center of an insurtech organization

Location: Pune, India

Role Overview :

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in .NET,
Azure, and React to contribute to the development of scalable, secure, and high-performing
enterprise applications. This role is hands-on and requires deep technical skills, ownership of
modules, and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade applications using .NET Core / .NET 6+,
Azure services, and React.
• Build and enhance cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure services such as App Services,
Functions, Storage, and Service Bus.
• Develop responsive and high-quality user interfaces using React and modern front-end
practices.
• Design, optimize, and maintain databases ensuring performance and reliability using SQL
Server.
• Follow best practices for version control, branching, and CI/CD pipelines using Git and
Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, QA, DevOps, and Architects to deliver end-to-end
solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality and engineering
standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues across application and cloud environments.
• Continuously learn and adopt new technologies to improve system performance and
scalability.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 5–10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack or backend development.

• Strong proficiency in:

o .NET / C#

o Azure Cloud Services

o React

o SQL Server (T-SQL, performance tuning)

o Git (pull requests, branching, CI/CD workflows)

• Good understanding of software architecture, design patterns, REST APIs, and microservices.

Good to Have :

• Python for scripting or automation

• YAML for DevOps pipelines.

• Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

• Exposure to AI/ML concepts

• Experience with Prompt Engineering

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes.

Soft Skills :

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

• Good communication and collaboration abilities

• Ownership mindset with attention to quality

• Ability to work effectively in Agile/Scrum teams
