“Reflect, Relate, and Respond: Personal & Social Well-Being”

Instructions to Students

 Answer all sections in your own words.

Section A: Personal Well-Being Reflection (150–200 words)

1. What does personal well-being mean to you?

2. Identify two factors that positively affect your well-being and two factors that disturb it.

3. Mention one habit you wish to develop to improve your emotional or mental balance.

Section B: Social Well-Being & Responsibility (150–200 words)

4. Explain how an individual’s behaviour influences social well-being.

5. Describe any one responsibility you have towards:

o Your family

o Your institution / workplace

o Society at large

Section C: Value-Based Response (150–200 words)

Case Scenario:

You observe that a group in your class often excludes a particular student during group activities.
Though you feel it is unfair, you hesitate to intervene due to fear of being isolated yourself.
