7:00 a.m. Energetic Wake-Up Wake up without checking your phone. Drink a glass of
water. Immediate hydration and control over the start of the day (not being reactive). 7:15
a.m. Personal Care and Mind Complete personal hygiene, gentle stretching or meditation
(10 min). Prepare the body and mind calmly. 7:45 a.m. Nutrition and Planning Nutritious
breakfast. Review the 3 Most Important Tasks (MITs) of the day. Energy to start and a
clear focus on priorities. 8:30 a.m. Preparation and Commute Prepare the
workspace/study area or commute. Minimize last-minute stress. 9:00 a.m. Deep Focus
Block (1) Start the most difficult or important task (MIT 1). Use the Pomodoro technique
(if applicable). Maximum concentration while energy is high. 11:00 a.m. Break and
Recharge 15-minute break: step away from the screen, move around, have coffee/tea.
Avoid fatigue and maintain productivity. 11:15 a.m. Focus Block (2) Continue with MIT 2
or lower-priority [Link] lower complexity. Keep making progress on main goals. 1:00
p.m. Lunch and Disconnection Lunch. Step away from work/study for 45-60 minutes.
Complete digestive and mental break. 2:00 p.m. Focus Block (3) Collaboration tasks,
meetings, calls, or MIT 3. Time for interaction and pending tasks. 4:00 p.m. Active Break
Stretching or a short walk outside (15 min). Revitalize the body to avoid the afternoon
slump. 4:15 p.m. Work Wrap-Up Finish small tasks, organize the inbox, and plan the 3
MITs for the next day. Set time limits and know what to do tomorrow. 5:30 p.m. Transition
Close the work/study day. Do something that signals the end of work. Separate work life
from personal life. 6:00 p.m. Exercise and Movement Exercise (gym, running, yoga) or
intense hobbies. Stress relief and self-care.
