Role Overview
We are seeking a Fullstack Software Engineer to join our technology team and help us build
something meaningful. In this role you will design and implement customer-facing features,
services, and APIs across the stack (frontend + backend), work closely with product and design,
and help ship high-quality releases. You will contribute to the platform’s performance,
availability, and security alongside the engineering and operations teams. If you’re passionate
about shipping product-focused code and collaborating with cross-functional teams, this role is

What You’ll Do
● Build scalable, reliable, and beautiful fullstack applications with React, TypeScript,
[Link], Java SpringBoot.
● Work directly with US startup founders and product leaders — shaping solutions that
drive their business forward.
● Ship fast with a proven process: async standups, PRDs/RFCs, code reviews, automation.
● Work in an AI-native workflow — leveraging tools like Cursor, Claude, and Codex to
reduce boilerplate and boost iteration speed.
● Uphold engineering excellence — clean code, testing, documentation, reliability.
● Help shape FinX’s engineering culture — we’re 1% pass-rate engineers who work like
founders, not contractors.
What We’re Looking For
● Proficiency in English — you’ll work directly with US devs.
● 2.5-3+ years of solid frontend experience: React, TypeScript, [Link]
● 2+ years of solid backend experience: Java SpringBoot, Postgresql, MongoDB
● 1.5 + years of good experience in AWS: SNS, SQS, EC2, EKS
● Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, NextJs, React-query, modern JavaScript (ES6+) and
API integration is a must.
● Good understanding in backend domain knowledge(Java SpringBoot, APIs, databases).
● Knowledge of frontend fundamentals: state management, performance optimization,
accessibility.
● Experience with building responsive UI based on Figma design, and API integrations.
● Good communication and be available when the team needs help.
● A builder’s mindset — you care about solving problems, not just writing code.
