11. A startup company has recently expanded its production to organic beauty and skincare
products using locally sourced ingredients such as avocado oil, shea butter, castor oil and
aloe vera. Despite growing interest in natural beauty products in Kenya, the company has
struggled to expand beyond beauty shops and online platforms. To guide its expansion
strategy, the owners of the company have been advised to engage a research firm to assist
in conducting a business research project to understand the consumer behavior, tastes,
preferences, competition and market potential in urban and peri-urban areas of Kenya.
a) Develop a questionnaire with Three close-ended questions and Two open-ended
questions to be administered to potential skincare product buyers of the new
