Dear Hinsta,

I acknowledge receipt of your query regarding the discrepancy observed with


AWB 071-49140350. I sincerely apologize for the mistake that occurred in
manifesting the cargo.

The mistake arose because I did not cross-check the AWB on the import side
whether it's all pieces in two skids consolidated or not before deciding to manifest
the shipment. Instead, I proceeded to manifest all 18 pieces without verifying the
each consolidation has an AWB on them, which resulted in only 2 pieces being
uplifted while 16 pieces remained stranded in Addis Ababa. This also led to the
incorrect scale weight being reflected.

I fully accept responsibility for this and deeply regret the inconvenience and
dissatisfaction it has caused, especially given the sensitive nature of the cargo and
the potential safety implications.

Once again, I apologize for the mistake and the impact it has had. I am committed
to exercising greater care and responsibility in my duties moving forward.
