ADMISSION PROCESS
1. Visit the ICC Learning Administration System
Go to the ICC Learning Administration System using the link provided by the school -
[Link]
2. Click “Enroll Now”
This will take you to the online admission form.
3. Fill Out the Admission Form
Enter all required information in the form, then click Submit.
4. Review and Confirm Submission
A pop-up will appear showing your completed admission form.
Review all details, then click Confirm & Submit.
You will receive a tracking ID, which you may use to monitor the status of your admission
request.
5. (Optional) Upload Admission Requirements
You may upload the required documents listed on the page.
After submitting, you will be redirected to the Login page.
6. Track Your Admission Request
On the login page, click “Track your application here” to monitor the progress of your request.
Enter your tracking ID and the email address you used in your admission submission.
You cannot modify your admission form after submitting it, but you can still upload
additional documents on the tracking page.
7. Admission Acceptance
Once your admission request has been accepted by the staff:
● You will receive an email containing your Student ID and a temporary system-
generated password.
● Return to the login page and log in using your email and temporary password.
8. Change Your Temporary Password
For security, the system will ask you to change your temporary password every time you log in
until you set a permanent one.
ENROLLMENT PROCESS
1. Access Enrollment
Once logged in, navigate to
Student Services > Enrollment.
If enrollment is open, you will see the available terms.
Choose your desired term and click Submit to lodge an Enrollment Intent.
2. Enrollment Status
After submitting your enrollment intent, visiting
Student Services > Enrollment
will show one of the following statuses:
● Pending Program Head Review (for College students)
● Pending Registrar Subject Advising (for Basic Education)
3. View Assigned Classes and Payment Details
Once your classes have been assigned, go to
Student Services > Enrollment
to view:
a. SUBJECT & SCHEDULE Tab
Shows your assigned classes and their respective schedules.
b. PAYMENT VIEW Tab
Displays your full payment breakdown.
Some fees can be paid online, while others are marked as cash-only and must be paid at the
school cashier.
Enrollment will only proceed once all required enrollment fees are fully paid.
4. Proceed to Payment
Click Proceed to open a pop-up where you can select which fee to pay.
Note: Cash-only fees cannot be paid online.
5. Checkout Process
After selecting a fee and clicking Pay:
● You will be redirected to the checkout page.
● Enter the required information.
● After completing the payment, wait to be redirected back to the app or click Redirect
back to merchant.
Repeat this process until all required fees are fully paid.
6. Review Your Payments
Navigate to Student Services > Payments to view:
● Pending payments
● Completed payments
Clicking on a specific payment will show:
a. OVERVIEW Tab
Displays the total amount and the fee breakdown.
b. PAYMENT ITEMS Tab
Allows you to pay online-eligible fees and view previous payments made for that bill.
