Background
Nowadays Admin Console provides limited data, especially Pengelolaan Kinerja statistic data.
The existing feature only provides Data Padan PTK, Progress Perencanaan SKP, and
Pengaliran SKP. The other essential data is still pulled manually through Backend. This
limitation creates inefficiencies and delays in accessing comprehensive performance
management insight.

To address this, an enhanced system is needed to enable Admin Dinas to monitor progress
across all Pengelolaan Kinerja stages, push updates for Unor data, and ensure timely updates
for Data Pribadi Pegawai.

Goal
1. Admin Dinas can check the progress of Pengelolaan Kinerja for the whole stages
(Perencanaan - Pengaliran Data to BKN)
2. Admin Dinas can push Admin Verval SP to update Unor data if Unor is not padan
3. Admin Dinas can push Operator Sekolah to update Data Pribadi Pegawai if Data Pribadi
is not padan
