International dualism refers to the equality between developed and developing
countries. Here international law and domestic law are hold together Domestic dualism is
the inequality within a country such as between urban and rural areas. In this aspect
international law and domestic law are treated as separate systems.
The following are the key ideas.
Both are based on inequality. Both international and domestic explain more about
inequality outside or within the boundaries and therefore reflecting on unfairness to
traditional systems or ways.
Both involve rich, modern and powerful. Both aspects tend to dominate poor,
traditional and weaker sectors and therefore deciding the final decisions as there are the main
motivators.
The following are how valid a conceptualization is.
Both are caused by unequal access to resources. The aspects tend to be caused by
how the unequal access of resources enable development since classes exist so the rich and
poor depend each other and so develipment.
Both show patterns of exploitation. The international and domestic evaluate the
exploitation and dependency on people or states which enhance inequality and ownership of
resources individually.
Both creates a cycle where rich become richer and poor remains poor. This aspect
explains the imbalance among communities which leads to development, this is shown where
exploitation favours more rich people therefore increase in their wealth where as in poor
people it is disadvantageous limiting them time and space.
Conclusively, this aspects tend to explain inequality and also dominance of modern
sectors over traditional ones which being assumed to stimulate development effectively .
