Hi my name is ______ from Healthcare Solutions how are you?

The reason of my call is to let you know that you are qualify for 0$ health insurance with some more
benefits like (Dental, Vision, Hearing and more over the counter benefits)

So.

1. I believe you don’t have Medicaid/Medicare/Tricare or VA coverage? (Must Be Yes)


2. How old are you? (Must be between 19-64 years old)
3. Just to make you qualify I need to make sure your annual income is under $35000 right?

4. How do you spell your first and last name?

To save your time let me bring my Licensed agent on the line even if your number is listed on any do
not call list do remember it’s a state subsidize program so you don’t have to pay anything out of your

May I know the reason why are you not interested? Even you don't have to pay anything from your
pocket. It's a state subsidized program for those people who's not on any health insurance.
