Project Director job in Nairobi

A leading international renewable energy company with its headquartered in Durban South
Africa is seeking a Project Director to join its dynamic legal team in Nairobi, Kenya

Reports to: Board / Managing Director

Role Purpose
Provide strategic and operational leadership for all rooftop solar PV EPC projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery of PV projects


• Ensure projects meet cost, quality, safety, and timeline targets
• Manage project managers, engineers, and support teams
• Lead client engagement and stakeholder management
• Approve budgets, procurement plans, and contracts
• Ensure compliance with EPRA, NCA, OSHA, and other regulators
• Drive business growth and project pipeline development

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field


• 10+ years’ experience in construction or renewable energy
• Proven leadership in EPC project delivery
