PhD Activities

Respected Sir/Madam,

I respectfully submit that I am currently pursuing my Doctor of


Philosophy (PhD) from Manipal University. As part of the PhD program
requirements, I am required to attend SDC/DRC meetings, coursework
examinations, viva-voce, workshops, seminars, conferences, and
other academic activities as and when scheduled by the university.

In this regard, I kindly request you to issue a No Objection Certificate


(NOC) permitting me to attend the above-mentioned PhD-related
academic activities at Manipal University whenever required. I assure
you that I will inform the department in advance and ensure that my
academic/official responsibilities at the institute are not adversely
affected.

I shall remain grateful to you for your kind consideration and support.
