Slide 1: Title “Hello, everyone.

Assalamualaikum our respective

supervisor, teachers and everyone present here.I am nusrat [Link] team mates
are Shakila jahan and Shariar [Link] supervisor is Farhana Abedin maam.
Today, we will show you a new way to take attendance using QR codes. This
system is safe, quick, and works in real time. Let’s get started.”

Slide 2: Summary “Our system uses QR codes to make attendance automatic. It

saves time, stops mistakes, and makes cheating hard. Teachers and admins can
see attendance right away. We built this with Python, Streamlit, and SQLite.”

Slide 3: Problem “Taking attendance by hand takes a lot of time and can have
mistakes. Sometimes, students mark attendance for friends who are not there.
With old systems, it’s hard to know who is missing class. We want to fix these
problems.”

Slide 4: Related Work “Other QR code systems used fixed codes, so students
could share screenshots and cheat. Some systems didn’t connect attendance with
grades. Our system uses changing QR codes and links with student grades to give
better results.”

Slide 5: Objectives “Our goal is to make attendance easy and honest. We want to
use new technology to help teachers and students. This will save time, make
things fair, and give useful data to teachers.”

Slide 6: Technology “We use Python for the main work, Streamlit for the website,
and SQLite for saving data. We also use special tools to make and read QR codes,
and to show charts and send messages.”

Slide 7: System Design “Our system has three parts: the website, the main
program, and the database. Admins log in, make QR codes, and show them.
Students scan the code to mark attendance. The system is easy to fix and can
grow bigger if needed.”

Slide 8: Key Features “Our QR codes change every 10–15 minutes, so students
can’t cheat. Teachers see who is present or late right away. Parents get messages if
a student is absent. The system can also check if students can get attendance
waivers based on their grades.”

Slide 9: Timeline “We will finish this project in five months. First, we plan and
design. Then, we build the system, add features, test it, and fix any problems.”

Slide 10: Risks “We know there can be problems, like bad internet or students
sharing QR codes. Our system can work offline if needed, and QR codes expire
quickly. We also keep student data safe with strong security.”
Slide 11: Conclusion “In summary, our QR code system makes attendance fast,
honest, and safe. It stops cheating and helps teachers with useful data. Thank you
for listening. Do you have any questions?”
