Mr. Khan has requested you to develop a web-based, “task management application,” where
users can create projects, assign tasks to team members, assign users, set deadlines, and track
progress. One of the requirements of this system is user account management.

Short questions:

1.1 Can anyone create a project, or only admins/team leads? [2 Marks]

1.2 What happens when a task is overdue? [3 Marks]

1.3 Produce the list of user requirements that Mr. Khan would present. Provide five(5) user
requirements in the form of user stories. [15 Marks]

1.4 Each task will be assigned to each member of the group. Explain the process of how tasks
are assigned to each member, including the transitioning from requirements to tasks. [5 marks]
