Analytical Accounts

Sale Order:
When opening a Sales Order, you will see an Analytic selection field on each product line.
As shown in the attached image, this field is based on Analytic Plans.
Each Analytic Plan contains multiple Analytic Accounts, and every project has its own specific
analytic accounts under the relevant plan. For example, under the Custom Solution plan, there
may be two or more analytic accounts: Umrah Shuttle – Mobile and Sui Gas POC.

When both analytic accounts are selected on the same sales order line, you can define their
weightage, e.g.:

Umrah Shuttle - Mobile → 30%

Sui Gas POC → 70%

Sale Order → Invoice behavior:
 If you create an invoice from the Sales Order, the selected analytic accounts and their
weightages are automatically applied to the invoice lines.
 If you create a separate invoice (not from a Sales Order), you must manually select the
analytic accounts in the invoice lines, just as you would in the Sales Order. And in invoice
analytic accounts depends on customer and project.
 Additionally, if any analytic account is attached to the project, and you select that project
in the Sales Order, then when creating an invoice from that SO, the analytic account from
the project will automatically be applied at the invoice level. So in this case, if project
selected on SO then analytic account field can be empty because on invoice level analytic
account from Project will auto assigned.
Journal Entry:
Same on Journal Entry on entry line you can select analytical accounts as in Image.
