Subject: Concerns About Teaching Methods of CEO

GADAGKAR P.

Dear CEO SUCHANCHAL DAS,

We, the students of ME-24 ECHO AND FOXTROT, want to share our concerns
about the teaching methods of CEO GADAGKAR P. First, we appreciate his
dedication and passion for teaching. He has truly inspired us and positively
impacted our learning.

However, we have noticed some issues that are affecting our education, and
we would appreciate your help in addressing them:

1. Lack of Structured Learning: CEO GADAGKAR P. often strays from the

textbook, which confuses us and disrupts our learning. For example, we feel
unprepared in Naval Architecture, especially regarding construction topics
that remain uncovered.

2. Insufficient Learning Materials: The notes and slides provided in class

are often incomplete and unclear, making it hard for us to study effectively.

3. Limited Student Engagement: He doesn't engage students to

participate, which creates a less interactive classroom environment. This
makes it difficult for us to share our thoughts and learn collaboratively.

4. Unfair Exam Content : Many students are concerned about questions in

our formative exams that cover material we have not learned. This has led to
frustration, especially since we don't receive proper answers or explanations
for our questions.

Due to these issues, we are unable to acquire the knowledge necessary for
our academic success and our future. We kindly ask you to look into these
concerns and take steps to improve the learning experience for all students.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Sincerely,
