We have 12 steps of production process

QA control:

Our QA team members (9 workers) are assigned to oversee two step of production

processes by a QA worker, that is 1 worker to oversee two production step, starting

from raw materials suppliers and extending all the way to the final product. In addition to

routine inspections, we also select random sampling and have trial cutting by ourselves.

2. For each process, we have detailed QA standards, for example:

Edge Trimming Inspection:

2.1 Inspection Items: Thickness, width, blade curvature, turtleback, distortion, surface scratches,
rounded corners, and edge trimming corrugation after processing.
2.2 Inspection Methods: Caliper for thickness and width measurement; microscope for rounded
corners; cord, blade caliper, and straightedge for blade curvature, turtleback, and distortion;
visual inspection for edge trimming corrugation. 2.3 Inspection Requirements: Following the
edge trimming process standards, conduct initial inspection for each shift, followed by random
sampling. Qualified products proceed in the workflow with processing cards attached; if width or
edge trimming corrugation is found non-conforming, perform rework. If rework is successful,
proceed with normal workflow and note reworked dimensions on processing cards; otherwise,
treat as scrap and issue a scrap processing form.
(2) Teeth Sets
Left and right Set but with different interval in different TPI.
This tooth set could reduce vibration and noisy, so this set facilitates low-vibration and low-noise
cutting. It combines with standard tooth set, can be used for all types of steel.
