• For Applicant & Income considering co-Applicant Aadhar & PAN are mandatory.
• For non-income considering co-applicants, Aadhar is mandatory & PAN is optional (To be collected on best effort basis)
o In only the case of the non-income considering co-applicant if PAN is not available, then mandatory form 60 is to be taken.
o Along with Form 60, any one of the below alternate documents is to be submitted

STEP ACTIVITY COMMENTS

Step – 1 - Fill the DSA agreement draft (Annexure ), on page and page - On the stamp paper mention:
- Attach a Rs. 500 stamp paper on the filled agreement “This stamp paper is part of agreement being executed
between <insert channel partner name> & sicreva capital
services private limited”
Step - 2 - Send a mail to, [Link]@[Link] with following - In the body of mail mention below and mark your BMs/any
documents merged into one singe document. other folks in CC

Step - 3 The link for e-signing will be provided by the team on mail & SMS Once the channel partner enters the mobile number and enter
triggered to channel partner as well. the OTP, onboarding process is complete.

Post e-signing is done by channel partner, CODE is shared on the mail.

PART : COMMISSIONS PAYOUT – HOURS


• % is paid out as commission to DSA/connector
• All channel partner’s invoices will be cleared by central team under below timelines:
o .6% of the commission payout will be done within hours of disbursement
o Remaining 0. % of commission payout will be done post 90 days of disbursement
