The Importance of Sleep

Sleep is one of the most important activities for humans. When we sleep, our bodies and minds rest and
recover from the day’s activities. Without enough sleep, we may feel tired, forgetful, and even become
sick. Teenagers need about 8 to 10 hours of sleep every night, but many of them sleep less because of
schoolwork, social media, or playing games too late at night. Getting enough rest helps students
concentrate better and stay healthy.
