ABSTRACT
This report provides a comprehensive account of my internship experience at the
Construction Management Training Institute, CMTI, a professional organization
dedicated to the development of construction professionals through an expert led
training programmes. The primary objective of the internship was to familiarize us with
the roles and responsibilities of its Site Engineer. Emphasizing the essential skills
required for this position. Key skills required during the period of include the
interpretation of various construction drawings, quality control and assurance,
construction site safety, Estimation and proficiency in the SketchUp software all
contributing to the partial fulfilment of the internship’s objectives. Beyond the technical
knowledge of applicable to the practical field, we were also encouraged to uphold a
professional demeanour and adhere to the high ethical and moral standards.

I Would like to express my sincere gratitude to Er S.G Ashok Kumar sir for
providing me an opportunity to do my internship in “CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT TRAINING INSTITUTE”.
I sincerely thanks to sir for his guidance and encouragement in internship. I
also wish to express my gratitude to the officials and other staff members of
construction management training institute who rendered their help during the
period on internship.
We owe the success of the internship to our beloved Head of the department
