Shot 1: [express your disappointment]
Yason (BM): My investment funds the company, of course l expect perfect works. [lean forward
sa table] Disappointments is something I don't fund.
[from here, try to imagine na nagkukuwento kayo but dinudugtungan lang ninyo ang kuwento ng
isa’t - isa. binubuo natin ang overview ng kuwento from different point of view]
Shot 2: [imagine you are narrating the story in your point of view, devastated]
Alan (Pr): From the beginning, the company’s direction was set carefully. Every major decision
was meant to keep the organization aligned.
Shot 3: [still narrating, not too devastated, worried]
Amber (ES): and my job was to pass those decisions along, making sure instructions were
carried out without error. However…
Shot 4: [still narrating, stressed]
Sheila (RM): even with everything in place, some risks began to surface, and I had to track any
threat before it escalated.
Shot 5: [still narrating, calm]
Karen (IA): When those risks showed signs in the reports, I reviewed every process and traced
deviations to find what had gone off course.
Shot 6: [narrating, guilty]
Kyla (CFO): [Pause] Uhm. I remember some discrepancies appeared in the numbers.
Shot 7: [narrating, devastated]
Elizeo (CEO): I manage the company toward success, and I make sure everything is in order,
[pause] not until all of this came together…

[first shot: walking, focus shoes]
Amber (ES): Sir, these are the reports of our recent customer complaints.
Elizeo (CEO): [focus, shake your head suggesting disappointment] call for a meeting with the
department heads. [tatayo, isusuot ang coat]
Amber (ES): Yes, sir. [naglalakad kasunod ng CEO]
[boardroom]
Elizeo (CEO): I know you’re all aware of why I called this meeting. [tatayo] I want explanations
about this [ibabagsak ang reports sa lamesa].
Karen (IA): The audit department has done an initial check on the dam’s failure. It looks like a lot
of repairs are needed before it can supply electricity again, sir.
Elizeo (CEO): Repairs? Isn't it a newly developed dam? It's only been in operation for the past
six months.
Karen (IA): Yes, sir, we know, we will continue to investigate this problem.
Elizeo (CEO): [uupo] How about the finances?
Kyla (CFO): There is significant demand for customer refunds [pause] we must also prepare for
costly dam repairs.
Elizeo (CEO): I see. Plan how to fix this while maintaining profits and reducing costs.
I see, develop a plan on how we can resolve those while maintaining our profit and reducing our
costs.
Elizeo (CEO): Anything about risk analysis?
Sheila (RM): Sir, this issue doesn’t just affect our profits, it also impacts the trust of our
customers and shareholders, as well as our reputation for delivering work. As of the moment, no
one has pulled out, but we need to address it quickly to minimize any risk. As for the dam, the
risk of damage is low, the main concern is just the machinery for power generation.
Elizeo (CEO): Good. Let’s continue working on this issue. Meeting adjourned.
All: Thank you, sir.
[transition: zoom out, while board members are preparing to leave]

CEO] I entrusted you with this project.
Elizeo (CEO): Mr. President, I personally checked the project before, and it was clean. I even
presented it to you, and you approved it. There was no initial problem upon it. [pause] Right
now, we’re investigating the issue, and repairs are underway to restore the dam’s operation.
Alan [Pr): [massage nose bridge / fix salamin] You better fix this immediately.
[knocks on the door]
Amber (ES): Sir, Ms. Escobar is here to report.
Alan (Pr): Yes, please come in.
[assist ni Amber papasok si Karen holding the reports of substandard materials]
Karen (IA): [iaabot kay Alan ang papers, shot focus sa paper habang binubuklat ni Alan] Sir, the
investigation shows that the materials used in the project were substandard.
Elizeo (CEO): [iaabot ni Alan kay Elizeo and papers, while checking] Substandard? But, we
checked them ourselves.
Karen (IA): Yes, sir. The materials you checked were correct, but later deliveries were
substandard. The differences are not obvious, so the construction continued as usual.
Alan (Pr): [lean towards the table] Who’s behind this?
Karen (IA): Our backtracking points to one of the suppliers. They have connections inside the
company, including someone in a very high position.
Scene 4: The Issue with CFO
location: office
props: papers for evidences, name plate for President
Kyla (CFO): Good day, sir. May I know why I was called?
Alan (Pr): Please sit. [uupo, ihaharap and papers (evidence)] Ms. Rosales, you’re being
accused of having ties with the supplier who provided substandard materials.
Kyla (CFO): Sir, you know, I would never do such a thing.
Elizeo (CEO): The evidence points to you. Internal audits show manipulated deposits to the
supplier’s account and you had control over these transactions.
Alan (Pr): What happened to your professional ethics, Ms. Rosales? Don’t you feel any shame?
Kyla (CFO): Sir, hindi ninyo naiintindihan. I had no other choice.
[backstory]
Narration: I was approached by the supplier, he offered a share if we manipulated deposits. He
promised cheaper materials so we could split the extra money.
Karl (Supplier): Come on, Ms. Rosales. This will be a secret between us.
Kyla (CFO): Sir, I’m not that low to accept your offer. [smile]
Karl (Supplier): [shrugged shoulders] Your call. But the offer’s open, just call me if you ever
change your mind. [Supplier offered handshake, refused by CFO]
[back to office]
Kyla (CFO): I refuse the offer because my integrity matters. But then…
[backstory, CFO on phone, madaming dalang gamit]
Kyla (CFO): Ano? Isinugod na naman si mama sa hospital? [pause] Sige, sige, ako na ang
gagawa ng paraan sa mga gastos. Just make sure na okay si mama.
[end call]
Kyla (CFO): I need the money now. Is your offer still available?
[back to office]
Elizeo (CEO): You could’ve just asked the company. We would have helped.
Alan (Pr): It’s tragic you chose this path, Ms. Rosales. I had no other choice but to fire you.
[pause] The company upholds ethics and governance. Your actions won’t be tolerated and will
serve as a lesson. [tatayo, tatalikod kay CEO and CFO] You may leave.
Alan (Pr): Mr. Rivera, call a board meeting to assure shareholders the situation is handled.
[uupo si Pr, focus sa devastation]
Scene 5: Solution

presentation] and the good news is, the situation has been handled.
(Yason) Board Member: That’s a relief. [satisfied]
Elizeo (CEO): and regarding Ms. Rosales, she and the supplier have been replaced. While the
company faced extra costs for the dam’s repair and replacement, our profits have stabilized
thanks to its continued operation.
[here, para mas ma focus ang solution, pede kumuha tayo ng clip na literal nilang ginagawa
yung mga measures to prevent the incident from happening again, ilapat scenes.]
Karen (IA): We want to apologize for the oversight. [flash the actual measures] We’re updating
our audit schedules, adding more frequent checks, and strengthening our reporting process to
prevent this from happening again.
Sheila (RM): On our side, we’re taking proactive measures. [flash the actual measures] We’ve
started working with new trustworthy suppliers and are conducting regular risk assessments.
[Pause] Additionally, we’re drafting contingency plans for critical operations so the response is
immediate if something goes wrong.
Elizeo (CEO): All these steps together mean better coordination across departments and
stronger governance overall. Communication is tighter, so we can escalate issues promptly and
respond faster.
Alan (Pr): That’s exactly the kind of approach I wanted to see. Document these measures, track
their implementation, and make sure they’re effective. I expect this kind of problem won’t
happen again.
Yason (BM): I have to say, [tango tango] it’s reassuring to see real solutions. Lessons were
learned and that gives me confidence in the company.
Elizeo (CEO): [mag-smile sa comment ni BM, then tatayo] Then, that concludes our discussion.
The meeting adjourned.
[rapid zoom out]
