Track: Technology – "The Connected Pet Ecosystem”

Problem Statement
The Core Issue: Pet owners currently lack a dedicated, unified space to interact
and support one another. While social media exists, it is fragmented and often
generalized.
The Challenge: Build a functional prototype of a pet-owner community that makes
the pet ownership experience more connected. Think of a "digital town square" for
pet parents.

Deliverables
Participants must submit the following assets:
A. Hosted Prototype Link: A live, accessible WEB URL (no mobile apps)
where judges can test the functional product. (Some recommended
AI tools: Lovable, Wix Vibe, Vercel.)
Static designs (Figma/Adobe XD) will not be accepted; it must be an
interface that provides interaction and navigation.
B. Public GitHub Repository: A link to the public code repository containing:
– Complete source code.
C. Demo Video (Max 3 Mins): A walkthrough video that clearly
demonstrates:
– A demo of the prototype in action.
– The specific role of Gen-AI in the solution.
Assessment Criteria
Submissions will be evaluated on:

Category Evaluation Questions

1. Content (Value & Innovation) • Community Value: How effectively does the
system foster interaction and support among
owners?

2. Audience (Fit & Growth) • Target Fit: Is the design reflective of the specific
needs of pet owners (as per the prompt)?

• Growth: Is the product conducive to organic

community growth?

3. Design (UI/UX) • Usability: How easy is the application to use?

Is the user interface intuitive?

• Aesthetics: Is the application aesthetically

pleasing and polished?

4. Technology (Function & Safety) • Gen-AI Usage: How clearly and effectively
were Generative AI tools utilized?

• Functionality: Is the product functional and

bug-free?
