Site Inspection Report

This report summarizes all observations, corrections, and action items identified during the site
inspection. The purpose is to ensure clarity for all departments involved and to provide a clear
direction for the next steps.

1. Security & Surveillance

- Install cameras at the guard house and the manager’s room.

- Ensure a total of three cameras are installed at the guard house.

- Outside camera cable needs to be raised.

- Lounge camera to be raised.

- Guard house: Close the existing opening/hole.

- All electrical lights and fence lighting should be visible from the watchman’s point of view.

2. Reception & Connectivity

- All rooms must be connected to the reception (DSTV connections for the gym, conference room,
lounge, restaurant, and guest rooms).
- Add DSTV connection to the manager’s room.

- Request Alex to provide a WiFi extender for the pathways in U9 and U10.

- HDMI cable required for the conference room.

- HDMI connection required for the manager’s office conference setup.

3. Electrical & Mechanical Adjustments

- Move the alarm pipe (reception area)to create room for the installation of IPS

mabati.

- AC unit to be lowered (dragged down).

- G3: Check the AC floor pipe.

- G2: Pipe must be held tightly, pipe should go inside, and switch must be moved.

- Manager’s office socket to be repositioned to 1500mm height. - Lounge: Two lights

need to be lowered.

- Exit switch to be repositioned.

- Swimming pool area: Light installation has started (ongoing).


4. Plumbing & Fixtures

- Urinals in the conference toilets must be fitted with sensors. -

Leakage in the manager’s room to be inspected by Magu.

5. Fire Safety

- Call point height to be installed at 1400mm. - Sounder height to be installed at 2100mm. -

Research required on sounders and call points for compliance and installation standards.

6. Room-Specific Adjustments

- Disabled room: Vanity length should be set at 1100mm.

- U3: Vanity length to be adjusted to 800mm.

- U1: The step at the entrance is too high and must be lowered; vanity to be straightened.

- U9: Shaver point needs to be repositioned.

7. Construction & Structural Works

- Niche lights to be confirmed (G3 and G2).

- Laundry area: Staircase length needs to be increased.

- Follow up on gutter installation, solar setup, and lift progress.

All listed items must be followed up and completed according to the required standards. Further
updates will be provided after the next site review.
