No Code ML Abstract

The document discusses 'No Code Machine Learning', which enables individuals without programming skills to develop and deploy machine learning models using user-friendly platforms. These platforms provide graphical interfaces and pre-built components, making ML accessible to a wider audience. Examples of applications include marketing, finance, manufacturing, and logistics, where analysts can leverage no-code ML to address specific industry challenges.

ABSTRACT

Seminar Topic- ‘No Code Machine Learning’

Machine learning (ML) application development constitutes a complex process that requires
developers to have considerable amount of programming and specialized technical skills.
There is still a substantial barrier for researchers who do not possess the programming and
technical skills to develop ML models that meets the needs of their specific fields of study.
The typical ML model development workflow entails the installation of a set of software
elements and a certain amount of code development.
No-code machine learning refers to the use of platforms and tools that allow individuals with
little to no programming experience to build and deploy machine learning models. These
platforms typically provide a graphical interface, drag-and-drop functionality, and pre-built
components to simplify the process of creating and deploying ML models, making it more
accessible to a broader audience ,With traditional ML, a skilled data scientist uses a
programming language like Python to build a ML model. Data scientists must import
datasets and prepare the data for ML using manual and automated data cleansing and
feature engineering techniques. They must select a portion of the data to use to train and
tune their model before deploying it into production. Conversely, a no code platform
combines the capabilities of cutting-edge ML programming with easy-to-use tools that allow
business users to build ML models.
We can leverage no-code ML to answer urgent questions. For example, marketing analysts
can use no code ML to evaluate sales leads and predict which have the highest conversion
potential. Finance analysts use no code ML to evaluate the credit risk of new customers or to
predict revenue growth. In manufacturing, production analysts can use no code ML to
predict capacity constraints, while logistics analysts may prepare ML models to determine
optimal shipping routes.
