How to set up
Reach RS2/RS2+ as
a base and rover for
RTK survey over LoRa

Configure GNSS
settings for a base
• Go to Settings and tap GNSS settings.
• Pick all of the satellite systems.
• Set the update rate at 1 Hz.

Set up the RTCM3
messages
• Go to the Base settings.
• Set up RTCM3 messages as on the
screenshot and apply settings.

Configure LoRa
settings
• Go to Base output and select LoRa.
• Keep the default frequency and
set the output power at 20 dBm.
• Set the air data rate at 9.11 kb/s.

Configure GNSS
settings
• Go to Settings and tap GNSS settings.
• Select the same GNSS systems as for
the base.
• Set the update rate at 5 Hz.

Configure LoRa
settings
• Go to Corrections input and select
LoRa.
• Set the same frequency and air rate as
for the base.

Make sure the rover
receives corrections
• Put both receivers by the window for a
few minutes to provide the sky visibility.
• Go to the Status screen on the rover
unit and check the Corrections section.
If everything is correct, you will see the
Receiving corrections notification.
