My name is Ali Murad and I have completed my matriculation from Govt. (M.C) Model High School,
Fasialabad,Pakistan and a well-known institute of my city. After this I got admission in a leading institute
of my city, Shiblee College of Commerce And Sciences, Faisalabad Pakistan and from here I completed
my Intermediate of Commerce. I graduated in Business Administration from the Govt. College University
Of Faisalabad, Pakistan in June 2017 with the CGPA OF 3.78 out of 4.00. I was an active somehow
indulgent student among others during my studies, very often I involved in many curricular and co-
curricular activities. In fact, I was up to the mark and honored in the top 1’st list of 30 students in my
class. If observed by the meritorious efforts I remained very competent and I have passed all entrance
tests conducted by the academic institution of my education with high achievements. During the course of
my graduation.

I studied several diverse subjects e.g. Principles of Management, Financial Management, Marketing
Management, Human Resource Management, Operations Management, Business Ethics, Business Laws,
Business Research Methods, International H.R.M, Performance Management, Entrepreneurship, and
Organizational Behavior and these subjects really help me build a solid foundation in business studies.

I have worked on my different projects during my study, like project on (New idea generation and
Modeling), (Marketing Strategies), and (New Product Development) and my final year project on
“Research project report on Crescent Textile Mill” (Selection, Training, and Performance).I was awarded
the certificate of appreciation by the senior management like Seminar on Marketing the 7th Sense
(2015) and Training and Development Session (2017). After completion of my graduation I
decided to have some skills in HR so I started my career as an internee in a well-known bank “MCB” in
Pakistan. Then I payed my services in RCG as a Customer Services Officer. I expert in developing,
organizing, and tracking key performance matrices and company profiles for better corporate productivity
and monitoring. And then I have joined Soneri Bank Limited as Trainee Officer where I have worked on
motivated and improved the customer service department and its staff members to propel them towards
set goals.

My Personality:

By fact, I am the socially active person with friendly nature, a good communicator indeed who is blessed
with many friends. I keep a keen view of the reality of life thus approach people with positive mind and
attitude and always prove to be helpful with honest efforts and true dedication. Besides that, I always feel
very joyous and fortunate to meet and greet people belonging to different backgrounds and cultures. As
such meeting are always important because they proved to be beneficial in future also it makes things
easy to cope whether on works or studies in his own country or outside the country.

I have management and leadership skills. I can manage any type complexity related to my job. My
leadership skills boosted my profile. My communication skills are excellent both verbal and writing. I
always deal with people politely that’s why everyone gives me respect and considers me as friend.
Study plan in china:

I would like to apply for the Master of Business Administration because of my past job experience and
internship and my final year project. I want to develop my knowledge in this area of management, this
caught my attention and created a thirst of knowledge in me to study my chosen course. Management is
the key to success for every business. It also provides more opportunities to work smoothly in any type of
enterprise. During my studies, with great hidden abilities in myself I will try to come up with the best of
everything. After completion of my Master’s studies, I hope to be able to take part in maximizing my
country’s economy and enhance the living standards of my compatriots. I
will work individually and in group to gain the objectives. I will definitely follow the guidelines given by
the professors and teachers so that the set goals can be achieved. I will do my best to complete the
assigned tasks. I will use my whole energy in my studies. I hope that I will gain more experience in

program will help me to gain both knowledge and experience to start a professional carrier in
Management Field as well as promise me to fullfil my interests. The fast-growing economy, technological

aspiration to the students and professionals for the better career perspectives. Thus such kind of positivity
has boosted my confidence further and I am highly satisfied with decision I have taken. Moreover,

where I have been employed during my Bachelor’s Program I belong to a middle family and I cannot

China Government Scholarship (CGS) using China Scholarship Council (CSC).

among other relevant papers. From my electives, I mastered programming languages like python and C,
along with simulation software like Matlab.

It was the prospects of designing and devising electronic gadgets that incentivized me to this field of
study. I have been keen to make use of every opportunity to do the same and combine it with the purpose
of energy conservation. This attitude served me well as I completed my capstone project for the final year
of my graduate program. For this endeavor, I built a solar energy charging system for car batteries.
Electric cars are still catching up with the general public, and traditional fuel engines will remain in use
for the foreseeable future. Therefore, even a minor cut in energy consumption will compound to a
significant factor in reducing petroleum-based fuels. The innovativeness of my project fetched me many
accolades and appreciations from the academic circuit. These encouragements significantly elevated my
confidence in my abilities.

My education and projects had a substantial influence on my selection of leisure activities. The big
picture of a looming energy crisis became clear to me when I explored various research works by experts.
This realization has swayed me into participating in my various awareness campaigns and social
programs. Such experiences also helped me associate with like-minded people from other walks of life.

I decided to continue my higher education before making my way into the research sphere. The leading
research institutes in India today are searching for candidates with peak creativity, advanced knowledge,
and precise skillsets. I believe this to be the ideal for me to progress my academic journey while

In pursuit of obtaining a global outlook along with my education, I have been assiduously keeping track
