Hello everyone, my name is Mai Linh. Today I am going to talk about the topic: THE INTERNET.
I
will answer three questions related to this topic
First question: How often do you use the internet, and for what purposes?
I use the internet almost every day because it is very important in my daily life.
First, I use it for studying. For example, I often search for reliable information for my homework,
practice English on learning websites, and watch educational videos on YouTube. These
activities make my learning process more effective and convenient.
I usually chat with my friends on Facebook or Zalo, and sometimes I have online meetings with
my teachers. Thanks to this, I can stay in touch with people even if they live far away.
Finally, I use the internet for entertainment. For instance, I enjoy watching movies, listening to
music, and sometimes playing online games. These things help me relax and reduce stress after
a long day.
The second question: Do you think the internet is helpful for learning new things? Why or why
not?
I think the internet is very helpful for learning new things.
Yes, I think the Internet is very helpful for learning new things. It gives us access to a huge
amount of information anytime and anywhere. We can watch videos, read articles, or join
online courses to understand topics better. The Internet also allows us to connect with teachers
and friends to share ideas. However, sometimes there is too much information, and not all of it
is reliable. Overall, if we use it wisely, the Internet is a great tool for learning.
The last question: In your opinion, how has the internet changed the way people spend their
free time?
In my opinion, the internet has changed the way people spend their free time in many ways.
In my opinion, the Internet has greatly changed the way people spend their free time. Many
people now watch movies, listen to music, or play games online instead of doing these activities
offline. Social media has also become a popular way to relax, as people enjoy chatting with
friends or sharing photos. Some people use their free time to learn new skills from online
courses or tutorials. However, spending too much time online can make people less active and
reduce face-to-face communication. Compared to the past, hobbies have become more digital
and connected. Overall, the Internet has made free time more convenient but also more
dependent on technology…
