CONCLUSION

The completion of this IT (402) practical file has provided me with a


comprehensive understanding of the fundamental concepts of Information
Technology. The study of Digital Documentation (Advanced) enabled me to
develop skills in creating and formatting structured and professional documents.
Electronic Spreadsheet (Advanced) helped me learn data organization,
calculation, and analysis using various functions and formulas. The Database
Management System unit enhanced my knowledge of storing, managing, and
retrieving data efficiently.
This practical work has significantly improved my technical competence and
problem-solving abilities. The skills and knowledge acquired through this project
