Story

Unity is strength

Once, four brothers always fought with each other. One day, their father called them
and gave each of them a single stick. He asked them to break it. One by one, they
tried and each stick broke easily. Then, their father gave them a bundle of sticks tied
together and asked them to break it. The brothers tried with all their strength, but
they could not break the bundle. The father said, “Do you see, my sons? Just like
these sticks, if you stay divided, your enemies can defeat you easily. But if you live
together and support each other, you will be strong, and no one can harm you. The
brothers understood the lesson. From that day, they lived together in harmony, helped
each other in difficulties, and became strong and successful.

Hi Arif! What are you doing here? Arif: Hi

Nahiyan! I’m planting a tree in our school garden.

Arif: Trees give us fresh air, shade, and help keep the environment clean.
Nahiyan: Yes, they also prevent soil erosion and provide homes for birds.
Arif: Exactly! That’s why tree planting is very important.
Nahiyan: I want to help too. Can I plant one?
Arif: Sure! Let’s plant a mango tree here.
Nahiyan: Wow, I hope it grows big and strong.

Slow but steady wins the race
Story Slow but steady wins the race Once, a speedy rabbit was boasting about how
fast he could run. He laughed at a slow-moving turtle and said, “You are so slow!
You will never win a race against me. ”The turtle replied calmly, “We can have a
race and see who wins.” The rabbit laughed again but agreed. Soon, all the animals
in the forest gathered to watch the race. When the race started, the rabbit ran very
fast and quickly left the turtle far behind. Confident of winning, he decided to take
a nap under a tree. “The turtle is too slow. I have plenty of time,” he thought.
Meanwhile, the turtle kept moving slowly but steadily, never stopping, one step at a
time. He passed the sleeping rabbit and continued toward the finish line. When the
rabbit woke up, he ran as fast as he could, but it was too late. The turtle had already
reached the finish line. All the animals cheered for the turtle. The rabbit learned an
important lesson that day: “Slow and steady wins the race.” Being consistent and
patient is better than being fast but careless.

Grapes are sour Once
Once, on a hot summer day, a hungry fox was roaming through the forest in search
of food. Suddenly, he saw a bunch of ripe, juicy grapes hanging from a tall vine. His
mouth watered as he looked at the delicious grapes. The fox jumped high to reach
them, but he missed. He jumped again, stretching as far as he could, but the grapes
were too high. The more he tried, the more tired he became. At last, the fox gave up
and sat down under the vine, panting with frustration. Looking at the grapes, he said
aloud, “Those grapes are probably sour and not worth eating anyway. ”The fox
walked away, pretending he did not care for the grapes. He had wanted them very
much, but since he could not reach them, he decided to dislike them

Story
A friend in need is a friend indeed

Two friends, Rahim and Karim, were walking together through a dense jungle.
Suddenly, they saw a huge bear coming toward them. Both of them were terrified.
Rahim quickly climbed a tree to save himself, leaving Karim on the ground. Karim
had no time to run, so he fell flat on the ground and pretended to be dead. The bear
sniffed him but, seeing that he was not moving, it left him alone. After the bear went
away, Rahim came down from the tree and asked Karim, “Did the bear hurt you?”
Karim replied angrily, “No, but I saw that you ran away and left me to face the bear
alone. That is not what a true friend would do. ”Rahim felt ashamed and realized his
mistake. Karim said, “A friend in need is a friend indeed. True friendship is tested in
danger and trouble. ”From that day, Rahim promised to never leave Karim in trouble
again. They became closer and learned the real meaning of friendship.

Dress doesn’t make a man great

Dress doesn’t make a man great Sheikh Saadi, the great poet of Iran, lived a very
simple life. Once, on his way to the king's court, he stopped at a nobleman's house
for shelter. Dressed plainly, the servants treated him as an ordinary man, providing
him with simple food. Saadi felt sad but remained silent and passed the night. The
next day, he reached the court and stayed for some time. On his way back, he again
took shelter at the nobleman’s house, this time dressed in rich clothing. Recognizing
him as an elite guest, the nobleman welcomed him warmly and treated him with
great respect, providing lavish food. Realizing the reason behind this change in
treatment, Saadi decided to teach the nobleman a lesson. As he sat down to eat,
instead of consuming the delicious dishes, he filled his pockets with them. Confused,
the nobleman asked, "What are you doing, Sir?" Saadi replied, "I'm doing the right
thing. When I visited in plain dress, I was neglected. Now, in fine clothing, I am
treated well. It seems it is not I but my dress that earns this food. "This profound
statement made the nobleman reflect on the true nature of respect and hospitality. He
felt sorry and begged pardon from him.

Nahiyan: I've had a headache and sore throat for two days, along with a slight

salt water gargles. You can take paracetamol for a fever and headache. If symptoms
worsen or the fever stays high, come back.
Nahiyan: Thank you, doctor.
