High-Energy Study Routine (12–15 Hours Plan)

■ Morning (High Focus Time)


Time Activity Purpose

6:00 am Wake up + warm water (with lemon/salt) Rehydrate & activate digestion

6:15 – 6:45 am Light exercise / deep breathing Boost oxygen & alertness

6:45 – 7:15 am Bath + light breakfast Fuel for brain

7:15 – 10:00 am Most difficult subject Peak focus time

10:00 – 10:20 am Short break + green tea/coffee Refresh

10:20 – 12:30 pm Second strong session (Practice problems) Deep focus
