INTERVIEW QUESTIONS

ROLES:

Student 1 will play as the interviewer while Student 2 as the interviewee. The pair will be given 15 minutes to conduct the mock
interview before exchanging roles. The interviewer should grade his/her pair using the rubrics for the interviewee’s resume and
application letter, and interview responses using the Mock Interview Rubrics.

INSTRUCTION:

1. Review your pair’s resume and application letter for two (2) minutes before starting the interview process.
2. Choose ten (10) questions below (one for each section) to ask your interviewee. Evaluate his/her responses based on the rubrics
given.

Warm up: (Not graded)

a.​ Greetings/ Introduction of the interviewer.

c.​ Tell me something about yourself.
d.​ (Interviewer may clarify the position that the applicant is applying for before proceeding to the next step.)
