This kind of advertisements has been gaining popularity in the last five years, where the
social network is constantly trying to improve the way of including specific commercial videos
based on the viewer interests.
In this case, there are many possibilities of creating ads where the customer could be
interested, however, some of these videos are not properly regulated by the app, so it can
result to be a scam.

Commercial calls
Nowadays, mobile phones are seen as a necessity for most of the people in the world.
Taking advantage of that, many companies have a business model based on making
telephone calls to try to sell different services that can be useful to the clients.
One advantage of commercial calls is the option to adjust the offer based on what the
customer needs. Unfortunately, the majority of people who receive these telephone calls
prefer to not being distracted and reject the offer.

Recommendations
To try to have the opportunity to increase the incomes from commercial calls, companies
should stop phoning during the weekends or lunch hours, when people are enjoying their
free time and don’t want to be disturbed.
Additionally, better control of Youtube ads can make them more customized to the people
who are watching it.

Introduction
The aim of this report is to give an overview of my experience in the three-week study
and work programme in London, outline the most useful parts of the aforementioned

Strengths
Overall, the programme was very immersive and helpful. The speaking part of the study
programme was particularly effective and useful due to the fact that I was talking to
other people in English, involving me in all kinds of conversations. In addition, I could
practice my speaking skills at every moment, so the probabilities of improvements were
almost one hundred per cent owing to there always being someone who was correcting
me at the moment.
Regarding the work part of the programme, I worked in a local company where people
used a specific vocabulary of the field of work, so it was very useful for learning new
vocabulary. Another clear strong point of this part was the work experience that the
programme provided me.

Weaknesses
In general, no clear issues can be found in this programme. However, there is one area
that requires attention. In the English classes, some teachers were incapable of
resolving some questions raised by the students.

In light of the above, I believe that one change should be adopted. I highly recommend
