Website Development Scope, Timeline, Deliverables & Responsibilities

This document outlines the scope of work, delivery timeline, technology stack, licensing, and responsibilities
for the website development project.

1. Project Overview
- Development of a 15+ page website
- Website will be built based on the approved Figma design:

2. Delivery Timeline
- Estimated delivery time: 6–7 working days
- Timeline begins after final confirmation and receipt of all required assets
- Any delays in approvals or asset delivery may affect the timeline

3. Tools & Technology Stack


- Bricks Builder as the primary page builder
- Core Framework for a clean, scalable, and maintainable architecture
- Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for dynamic content where required

4. Why Bricks Builder


- Modern Vue 3–based architecture
- Clean, semantic HTML with minimal CSS/JS
- No frontend jQuery dependency
- Component-based, reusable structure
- Better performance and lower maintenance overhead

5. Included Licenses (Development Benefit)


- 1-year Bricks Builder license activation
- 1-year Core Framework license activation
- Approximate combined value: USD 200 (1 year)
- Licenses will be revoked after 1 year unless renewed by the client

6. Design & Assets (Client Responsibility)


The client is required to provide:
- Final logo:
• Primary color version
• White/light version
- Preferred formats: SVG or AVIF
- JPEG or PNG if unable to provide SVG or AVIF format
- All images, written content, and required project details

7. Support & Change Responsibility


- If the client is unsure how to update or modify the website, they are encouraged to ask for assistance
- If the client attempts changes independently and the website breaks or malfunctions, fixing such issues will
be chargeable

8. Revisions
- Revisions are allowed during the agreed development phase
- Additional features or design changes must be communicated early

9. Post-Completion Changes
- After final approval, any further changes or enhancements will be charged separately
